I prefer to work with gloves, but you can perfectly well work without
wash your hands with warm water to remove powertex easily
wear bad clothes and shoes
protect your crafting desk and floor with plastic foil
do not poor Powertex or clean remainders in your sink !
let your artwork dry on plastic during 6 weeks in a dry room of min. 16 degrees
regularly turn your artwork to dry at all sides

PRETENDING THIS IS HIS KNITTED PULL
THEN START TWINING THE CORD ROUND EACH LEG
UNTWINING THE TRIPLE CORD
MAKE A KNOT WITH THE 3 PIECES OF CORD @ EACH HIP SIDE
THIS TO MORE EASILY HOLD THE CORD INTO POSITION
AND START BRAIDING THE CORDS IN AN IRREGULAR WAY
ONCE ON TOP & ONCE UNDERNEATH THE WIRE
MAKE SURE YOU DO NOT SEE THE ARMATURE
IT DOES NOT HAVE TO LOOK PERFECT - JUST PLAYFUL
USE A PIECE OF PAPER TAPE TO WIND ROUND THE CORD ENDS
AT ANKLES = @ END OF BRAIDING ;-)

USE SCULPTING MATERIALS

WITH POWERTEX FIRST

PUT A PIECE OF PLASTIC ONTO THE CORD BODY
NOT TO MAKE DIRTY THE DEERS ' PULLOVER
use some powertex transparent or bronze
to eventually attach additional clay pieces
use a picture of a deer to check proportions & shape
take your time
use 2 black pearl pins 6 mm for the eyes

FINALLY A PIECE OF THICK CORD FOR THE BELT
LEAVING THE JACKET OPEN TO STILL HIS PULLOVER
ALSO IMBIBE THE CONCRETE FOR A BETTER ADHERENCE
PLAY / BE CREATIVE WITH THE CLOTHING & MATERIALS
USE NEEDLES TO HOLD THE HEAVY CLOTH
AND/OR TO PUT IT INTO POSITION
FINALLY FOLD THE LEGS & ARMS INTO POSITION
leave rendo to dry
make sure you put him on a piece of plastic till fully cured/dried
turn upside down regularily for the bottom to dry as well
